Fathom Holdings announces two major leadership promotions
Fathom Holdings announced the next round of key leadership promotions. On Wednesday, the company was promoted chief revenue officer and president and chief operating officer of Fathom Holdings.
Gwin and Giuggio join Fathom's leadership on Nov. 6 as promotions following the role of chief financial officer.
As the new CRO, Gwin will focus on generating revenue, developing strategic partnerships and leading expansion initiatives across Fathom's divisions, including , and . Prior to the transition, Gwin joined Fathom as chief operating officer in June 2024.
“As I transition to Chief Revenue Officer, I am committed to prioritizing initiatives that will accelerate revenue growth and strengthen our strategic position in the marketplace,” said Gwin. “Our commitment to long-term value creation and innovation will guide our impact across the industry.”
Gwin's career includes decades of experience at several brands. The new CRO started his career as a real estate market analyst Jack in the box. His career trajectory subsequently led to a number of management and leadership roles in mortgage lending, including the role of COO of Mortgage Lending. American Financial Networkwhere he helped the company finance more than $13 billion in annual and mortgage production.
According to Fathom, Gwin “has been instrumental in driving growth and operational success across Fathom's diverse portfolio of brands.”
Giuggio will serve as president of Fathom Realty and chief executive officer of Fathom Holdings. The firm highlighted his ability to build high-performing teams and his “collaborative company culture.” Giuggio is also looking forward to his newly expanded roles at the firm.

Fathom Realty's new president began his 14-year career as an agent Allen Tate Realtors in the year. After that, Giuggio went into entrepreneurship before joining Fathom Realty as regional vice president for North Carolina. Years later, he rose to his most recent role as COO with Fathom Realty. HousingWire also recognized Giuggio as a 2024 Woman of Influence.
The promotions demonstrate Fathom's goal to expand its operations in 2025 and better serve the housing market. According to the Fathom Holdings CEO, Gwin and Giuggio's skill sets complement the firm's expansion efforts. Fathom is also from Arizona My Home Group on November 5.
