Nicole Kidman's $54 million Babygirl home is for sale – realestate.com.au
Featured in a number of hit shows and movies, including Nicole Kidman's upcoming erotic thriller Babygirl, the $54 million New York skyscraper has hit the market hard.
A fabulous penthouse duplex at 200 Amsterdam in downtown New York is where Kidman's Babygirl character Romy, a powerful CEO dealing with the complexities of power and seduction, lives as she navigates a forbidden romance with a young man.
The film is scheduled to be released in Australia next January.
Until then, readers can check out Kidman's fictional digs, the same residence that Kieran Culkin's character Roman Roy lived in on HBO's hit series Succession.

Recently, cameras also went inside and outside the building and penthouse to film the second season of the hit Netflix series Owning Manhattan, starring Ryan Serhant and his team of top realtors.
The condo is now asking $34.99 million, up from $38 million last year.
The apartment is on the 49th and 50th floors of 200 Amsterdam on the Upper West Side. Located between West 69th and West 70th Streets, the 52-story tower is the tallest in the area.
It is also the most controversial.
After local activists protested the building's height — claiming the developers were taking advantage of a zoning loophole to build higher than allowed — a judge ordered developers SJP Properties and Mitsui Fudosan America to cut 20 stories from the structure. The decision was overturned in 2021 by a New York state appeals court.
