The resort style pool area was the first to the market for the first time, a village house designed for a fully runner with seasonal creek and open habitat via the season and oodles.

Ken Baulch and Jeni Jossaume took 17.3ha block in 2001 and fell on top of the ridge with the imaginative village landscapes.

“We have prepared it ourselves,” Mr. Baulch. “We wanted a lot of tropics, and it was important to open all this and hold the winds.

“There are many open habitats, Louvre windows and two-layers of doors.

“I also sat down, that this was a beautiful place on the block with a beautiful view.”

The house is widespread along three separate pods associated with covered infantry. The main pod has a wide open plan and kitchen area with wooden floors and exposed beams.

In the kitchen, devices made of plenty of preparation and stainless steel devices, bi-folding doors, open to the coated entertaining area and pool.

“After building the house, we put the pool and the big dealer in about five or six years,” Mr Baulch said.

“With this extension, we have a close-time for the 200th year of 200 years.” The idea for the closed pool will not be hot and an open residential area is always a beautiful breeze.

“We had a heat wavy situation in the last few weeks, but we should go in and burn the aircon.”

On the second pod, a bedroom, bathroom and two floors with wardrobes installed on each floor.

In the third pod, a bedroom entered a second bedroom that can be used as a third bathroom and an office or living space.

Mr. Baulch said the house was designed for fun

“We wanted friends and family to come or simply come to eat or just enjoy the place,” he said.

“We have set up a very lovely garden light and a little flood light, so it is a beautiful place at night.

“It is a very long look to be out of this Valley Valley and we cannot see a light or building at night.

“It feels like you are in the middle of the atrocity, but we do only five minutes from a shopping center.

“It's a very pleasant place to eat – you should do dishes, almost like the resort, you should do dishes.

“We are blessed to live here, sometimes we must crash ourselves.”

The house has 500 million front in the conservation area, which protects a seasonal creek, which is flowing around the house and in the yard, and the yard, and a seasonal creek flowing between six and seven months of the year.

“There are all the blocks – a valley, high bit, low bit, walking paths and no gamba grass,” said Mr Baulch.

“We've traveled about 5 km and go for a walk frequently and walk into the creek.”

The property spread throughout the two heads, 2.4 km well-protected fire break, 9KW solar system, a full automatic irrigation system and a generator thrown into the home electrical system.

The property is 7 km from Humpty Doo shops and schools and 15 minutes from Coolaling.
