The luxury 13-bedroom mansion on a huge compound block on the Gold Coast, with a 25-carat gold accent to the infinity pool, was the most viewed listing for 2024 on realestate.com.au.

The stunning abode in , hit the market earlier this year and was re-listed this month, garnering an impressive 157,561 views.

Selling agent Mark Hadir of Queensland Sotheby's International Realty said he was not surprised by the level of online interest they had received.

“Its unparalleled grandeur, luxury and lifestyle appeal, combined with Mediterranean-inspired architecture and careful attention to detail, create both a visual and emotional impact that resonates with discerning buyers seeking exclusivity and prestige,” he said.

Earlier in the year, sales agent Mick Dolphin of Ranges First National Real Estate Belgrave told realestate.com.au that the residence seemed to be attracting people.

One of only 22 homes on the Queensland island, selling agent Jordan Lund of Elite Lifestyle Properties – Sunshine Coast said the home was part of a sought-after enclave.

“You're in one of the most prestigious locations on the Sunshine Coast, looking north over the Mooloolah River and Minyama Island,” he said.

“It really is as prestigious as you can get at the southern end of the Sunshine Coast.”

Inside, the five-bedroom, five-bathroom residence features a mezzanine walkway, a bar and games area, a gym with direct access to the pool, and a private lounge.

There is also covered storage for a caravan or boat and jet skis and a large pontoon at the rear.

Mr. Lund was unable to use the asking price of the property.

'Floating' wonders attract interest

The prestigious Noosa home, which appears to float above the Hinterland, has attracted quite a bit of attention online with 79,795 views.

The five-bedroom, five-bathroom home at this address, known as 'Amar', was designed by Paul Clout Design and executed by Clout Build.

Highlights of the residence include living areas with marble stone and oak flooring, an infinity pool overlooking Mt Cooroy, a health and relaxation centre, a gym and sauna, a cinema, as well as a wine cellar and whiskey room.

Earlier this year, Reed and Co. Adrian Reed, director and founder of Real Estate Agencies, told realestate.com.au that the house stood out for its broad appeal and thoughtful design.

“It perfectly combines elements of health and entertainment that appeal to a variety of potential buyers,” he said.

Eliza and Liberty's house on the block is for sale again

The Hampton East property, which became famous as one of five homes to undergo major renovations in 2023 during the reality show “The Block,” has garnered 73,734 online views.

Back on the market after being snapped up by Adrian Portelli during the last episode of The Block's auction in November, the completely transformed five-bedroom house has been overhauled by sisters Eliza and Liberty Paschke.
